My Time at theChristchurch Market By Athena
Me & my Nonna were getting bored, so I searched up on my phone for fun things to do. It came up with the new Christchurch market so we got ready to go.
On the way to the market we saw artwork. It was so pretty. We noticed the GPS led me and my Nonna to the Riverside Market. We got out of the car. We saw so many seagulls.
We got to the market. My Nonna said “Stay with me’’. I said “Ok”. I ordered some dumplings. The man said “They would take 10 minutes”.
“Ok” I said. That gave us enough time to buy a crepe. By the way a crepe is a type of pancake.
We ordered a crepe with cinnamon and apple slices.
Finally my dumplings were ready.
I walked down to the dumpling shop
I picked up my dumplings. They were steamed dumplings. I loved the flavour of my dumplings. The vege one was so good but I hated the pork one. It was so disgusting!
I walked back to the crepe shop where my Nonna was. The crepe was ready. We walked up the stairs to eat. The view was absolutely amazing and I loved it. We went to the French ice cream shop. I got hokey pokey. I saw a long piece of hair in my ice cream. It wasn’t very nice, but the ice cream was so good I loved it.
